i WAS IN THE the Georgia National Guard in the 1980’s when we had winter winter training and stayed in a gym in Boda. How can i get more information on where i was at.I remember meeting the mayor who impress me.Thank You

We are visiting Lofoten in August and have some time in Bodo before taking the ferry to Lofotens. This is a great share. Now we know how we can spend our evening in Bodo. Thank You!

Bodø has actually been on my bucket list for years, partly for the train journey from Trondheim, partly because I want to see what Saltstraumen looks like, so I’m definitely going to bookmark this article and hopefully use it soon, thanks for the tips!

Nice review, David. You should maybe mention that it is a good idea to check the tide tables for Saltstraumen. Being there as the tide turns is boring – what we all want to see is the maximum flow!
