Can’t find a mention of that place. Reading any and all articles on this beautiful country.

I have found documents and stories as far back as 1590 and further with the work of other people. The rich history, naming traditions, and hard work of my ancestors has charmed me. My most valuable finds has been several cousins in Norway whom I communicate with who have enriched my life. I whole line of cousins here in the US remain very close and celebrate Holidays with Norwegian dishes and great pride; go Arntsons. The early history of Norway you provided is so very valuable. Thank you.

If you can point me to any sources of further information, I’d love and appreciate it! Thank you!

I’d love to read more about the life people lived in the buildings preserved in the folk museums. Farming techniques and the round of seasonal work for both women and men, especially. Thank you!
