I absolutely loved it, great comedy pact full of sarcasm and irony and very funny. There is so much about Norsemen to like and we could relate to as an Anglo/ Norwegian family. Thank you all who produced this brilliant series.

My son got me interested in this by purposely playing it whenever I was in the room; he knew I would eventually join him. Loved it, cancelled…makes no sense. Both nephew & niece are 1/4 Norwegian (Rostad). I’ll make sure they know about it if they haven’t already watched it. Someday, I’d love to visit, it’s as a direct result of seeing this series.

*Really curious* about the modern location of Norheim, I understand there’s a Norheim in Haugesund, but not sure if it’s fictional in the show since the name is kinda common from a forigener’s perspective.

Also very sorry about the show being canceled, hope it comes back someday with relatively original cast. An IMDB 7.7(I gave 10) comedy surely worthes more episodes than 18.

I know it is hard to accept that the best Norwegian series to date was cancelled instead of being renewed for a fourth season but there just wasn’t enough popular support behind it for a large streaming platform like Netflix to continue funding it. And for further proof that this was a niche interest series is that there wasn’t even enough fan support to ensure a crowdfunded revival.

Don’t get me wrong. I enjoyed it as well. But facts are facts and finance is king.

Only 9? To me it felt like every laugh, every outrageous hilarious and beautiful laugh was itself a reason to watch. So many of us were so sad when it was canceled. And many of us fought, and kept fighting for it’s continuance. Netflix never Even whispered a word to us. And the reason Netflix was canceled.
