I order it on Amazon. The manufacturer is Tine, Ski Queen classic brown cheese. I have been ordering it for quite awhile. I freeze one.

I always grew up with a smorgasbord with a spread Paalegg and dark bread. Living abroad for 16 years I miss Scandinavian breakfast and Hotel breakfast is the best in the world
