Here is what I have for Jeg er så glad.

Jeg er saa glad hver julekveld,
for da ble Jesus født;
da lyste stjernen som en sol,
og engler sang saa søtt.

Det lille barn i Betlehem,
han var en konge stor
som kom fra himlens høye slott
ned til vaar arme jord.

Jeg er saa glad hver julekveld,
da synger vi hans pris;
da aapner han for alle smaa
sitt søte paradis.

Jeg holder av vaar julekveld
og av den Herre Krist,
og at han elsker meg igjen,
det vet jeg ganske visst.

I have the Norwegian words to the first verse of that song but I need the Norwegian words of other verses, especially the third verse. Can you send it to me? My email address is below.
Sincerely,
Don Levsen

Your article prompted me to try and figure out what the supposed controversy is, and after reading about it (at ), I’m still not sure but I think the dude with the double glasses is complaining about the song somehow implying that eveyrthing isn’t great in the land. Or the opposite, he’s complaining about it complaining. Maybe. Dang, that song really hasn’t helped me learn Wigian! But, it’s mosdef typisk norsk not to complain, imho, but my mind is now extra Christmas frazzled. Hurrah! God jul ;D
