This is terrible for the victims, their families and the people of Kongsberg.

I know you are quoting news sources, and these may not reflect your own opinions, but I find a couple of statements interesting.

‘It has since emerged that there were concerns about radicalisation of the individual, and he had been a convert to Islam.’

‘Police initially refused to comment on the identity of the accused, but later confirmed he is a Danish citizen in his 30s who lives in Kongsberg.’

From Wikipedia:

‘The chairman for the board of a Kongsberg mosque recalled him visiting the mosque three times years ago; according to the chairman, he was tense and did not pray or know a lot about Islam.’
