All eggs in the US are not pasteurized, however. Pasteurized eggs are available and are marked so but I caution that one has to look specifically for them. Salmonella can be very serious so if the cook is in the US, be sure to use only pasteurized eggs in this delicious- looking dessert.

I played hockey in Stavanger from ’78 to ’80 & reading about this beautiful country brings back sweet memories! the people & country remind me of Canada. I recently found an old girl friend, who now lives in Oslo & I thank God I found her. I’m saving up my panger, so 1 day I can return to the land of the midnight sun. Norsk women are 2nd to none & they spoiled me so much, I had a problem relating to Cnd. women upon my return. lol. right now, I’m flying the Cnd. & Norsk flags as my love for Norway has never subsided & it never will! Viva Norge!
